Ricky Grady has been in the manufactured home industry since 1977.  He established Goldsboro Homes in 1989.  He chose to be an exclusive  with Cavalier Homes because of their superior quality. He credits his success to a reputation of 100% customer satisfaction and selling homes at fair prices.

Sandra began her career in real estate at Town & Country GMAC of Goldsboro in 2004 and is now currently owner of Goldsboro Homes Real Estate. She will gladly assist you in locating the perfect lot for your new home.

General Manager

She's a graduate of East Carolina University, with a long career in office management and sales.  Ricky Grady is her father and they have worked together for the past five years.  As the General Manager, she is fully prepared to assist customers in the purchasing and financing of their new  homes.
