Subject Truth to be Told, Thanks!

I Reallly appreciate the FHA link and the assistance over the phone. It is not everyday that a manufactured home dealer will present true figures for housing cost over the phone. In my experience, I have dealt with tens of them and they all have the same tactics, bait and switch. They always seem to advertise the base model home to catch your eye and then you drive out to their facility on your day off to find out they basically bent the truth.

Your Internet site is very informative and specific on each model you advertise. I have not even purchased a home through you and I am already recommending several people to look at your product line. I have researched every dealer within 100 miles and none can touch your price or product.

Once my wife and I have found a buyer for our singlewide, we are coming your way. Your RS series Cavalier surpasses everyone else’s line-up. From the insulation grades to the carpet weight, your product is a great deal.

I do not see any reason why Cavalier cannot be the next #1 brand for manufactured homes in the Carolinas. Palm Harbor does not have a clue when it comes to aesthetics; you also have to upgrade their product to meet your RS series. Their typical manufactured home, built similar to your RS series will average approximately $75,000-$85,000 in my experience.

The reason manufactured homes are even created, so that they can offer "Affordable Housing". I do not know about the rest of the consumers, I for one would rather spend less and get more for my buck. It is time for everyone to realize that buying a well-made manufactured home (i.e. Cavalier RS Series) is worth your money. You can live in a larger home, larger yard, with a lesser payment for a home built structurally superior to "site-built" housing. The rumor has always been that "site-built" homes are better built, hogwash! When is the last time you have seen a site-built home constructed? Most people that state they would never live in a manufactured home have never seen a site-built home erected.

Do not get me wrong; manufactured homes have come a long way. I also believe there are allot of manufacturers left that will build homes that barely meet HUD requirements. I truly believe that HUD standards should be marginally increased. If a superior HUD code home (i.e. Cavalier RS series) is placed on a permanent foundation, there should not be a reason for concern.

In other words, thanks for the number crunching over the phone. I have to commend your father and yourself for treating your customers as your only client. Keep up the good work and pray to GOD you run the crooked salesman out of town!

WHEN ME AND MY WIFE STARTED LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME WE LOOKED IN A 100 MILE RADIUS FROM WHERE WE LIVE.WE FOUND ALOT OF GREAT CAVALIER DEALERS BUT NONE COMPARES TO GOLDSBORO HOMES. I FOUND GOLDSBORO HOMES ONE DAY ON THE INTERNET UNDER CAVALIER HOMES.I SERCHED THERE WEB SITE AND SEEN THAT WE COULD SAVE 12,000 DOLLARS BY BUYING FROM GOLDSBORO HOMES. BUT NOT JUST THE PRICE WAS GOOD IT WAS WHEN I TALKED TO THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME I KNEW THEN THIS WAS OUR PLACE TO BUY OUR NEW HOME.WE LIVE IN GREAT FALLS S.C. ABOUT 5 HOURS DRIVING TIME FROM GOLDSBORO HOMES.WE NEVER HAD TO DRIVE THEY CAME TO US BY SENDING US OUR PAPERWORK OVERNIGHT.THEY HAD OUR HOME DROPED SHIPED TO US FROM THE FACTORY.NO ONE ELSE WOULD HAVE DONE THIS.THEY STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT AND ON TIME.THE HOME WE DECIDED TO BUY WAS THE LSK HOME NUMBER 11 IN THE LIST OF NEW HOMES.NO OTHER HOME COMPARES TO CAVALIER HOMES.OUR ELECTRIC BILL THIS WINTER WAS LOWER IN THE NEW HOME THAN OUR SINGLEWIDE THAT WE LIVED IN.CAVALIER HOMES SURPASSES ANY OTHER HOME.I THANK GOD I FOUND GOLDSBORO HOMES BEFORE WE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER DEALER.THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR US.IF ANYONES NEEDS A NEW HOME PLEASE GO TO GOLDSBORO HOMES YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG.

Dear Goldsboro Homes,

My Family and I really appreciate the service you have given us. We had been trying to purchase a new home since February 6 2006 with another Dealer and they kept leading us on with promise after promise for four months. We bumped into a gentleman one day who told us that Goldsboro Homes was a great place to buy a home so we dropped in and got an automatic approval and picked out a beautiful 2208 Sq. Ft. home. Shortly after that Goldsboro Homes was on the ball clearing our lot, putting in our foundation, etc. The next thing we knew the house was on the lot and there were all sorts of Contractors on the job site getting our home ready. Soon we closed on our new home and we were ready to move in. Goldsboro Homes did everything they promised and were really true to their word! When Rudolph and I first decided to buy a manufactured home we visited several sites. Many people said yes we will work with you and have you set up in no time, but when they found out our age, they decided we would not be able to get a loan. “Ha!” But you never even mentioned such a thing. You worked with us right from the start;

You were there when I needed to ask you a question and were always courteous and truthful to us. We love our new home, it is spacious and beautiful and much bigger and nicer than we could have afforded if you had not been willing to wait and work with us. When I had any problems you sent someone to fix them quickly and correctly. Thank you so much for your time and patience. I know that God will truly bless you for the good work that you do. Do you realize that it only took about two months to get the loan have the home set up and ready to move in. You are truly amazing. We have told everyone we know how truly helpful you were. I know this note of thanks is way late getting to you. When David and I decided that we needed a bigger house, we had some friends that had been to see you guys. They were telling us of the awesome deal that you guys gave them. That made up our mind right then that we needed to give you a shot first before we looked anywhere else. We have several mobile home dealers in our area, but we decided to take a chance and drive the 2 hours to see you. Right when we walked in the door we felt comfortable. After we toured your lot, the home that I had been looking at was not there, but you made it so easy for us to get to see it in Nashville.
